This Privacy Policy explains what information Motiva Coding collect and receive from End Users (”you”) through our websites ”www.motivacoding.com” and ”Daily Positive Focus”/”Positive Thoughts & Happiness”/”Positive Thoughts & Questions”/”Daily Positive Affirmations”/”Friend Your Emotions”/”Someday Tasks List”/”Win Your Day” application (”the app”), which we refer to collectively as ”the service.” We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
What information does the app obtain and how is it used?
The app does not provide an option to create an account therefore, we neither store nor have access to your entries, tasks and data.
Your data is stored only locally on your device and all the data processing needed are done locally on your device.
If you have Android version 6.0 or higher installed in your device, you can optionally backup your data to Google Drive on Android device’s ”Accounts and backup” settings. The amount of backup data is limited to 25MB per user of the app.
Backups of your app data are stored in your private cloud space and we or any third parties don’t have access to your backup files.
In-app Purchases
Motiva Coding built the app as a freemium service. We provide auto-renewable in-app purchases inside the app. If a Premium plan is purchased the subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
We store no card information on the users inside the app. Your Google Play account will be charged when a purchase is confirmed.
We also provide free trials on our Premium plans inside the app. If you are to opt-in for a free trial, you won’t be charged any amount till your free trial expires. Your subscription will automatically start once the free trial duration ends. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.
If you want to cancel your free trial, make sure to cancel it from your Google Play account settings 24 hrs before the free trial ends.
We are not supporting family sharing of any In-App purchases in the app.
Export
You can optionally export your Journal entries and/or Someday tasks as a PDF format and save at any place inside your phone or share outside of the app via third parties like WhatsApp, Gmail, etc. Once exported we are not responsible for your exported files.
Share
Your data is stored locally on your device by default. This means if you delete the app, all your data will be lost unless you have backed up your data to your Google Drive account or exported them locally in PDF format.
We don’t store or share any of your Journal entries, Someday tasks or your app data in any format remotely. But, as a user, you can share your entries and tasks with your friends, family, and colleagues via third parties like Gmail, WhatsApp, Instagram, messages, etc. We don’t take any responsibility for the data shared by you.
Advertising
We may use third-party Service Providers to show ads in the form of Banners and other advertisement on our app, possibly based on user’s interests. This does not mean that we pass any personal data to the service providers, as we do not collect any personal data in the first place.
We or our service providers through the app may collect Android advertising identifier which will only be used for advertising and user analytics.
Some of the services listed below may use Cookies to identify Users or they may use the behavioral retargeting technique, i.e. displaying ads tailored to the User’s interests and behavior, including those detected outside the App. For more information, please check the privacy policies of the relevant services.

AdMob (Google Inc.)
AdMob is an advertising service provided by AdMob Google Inc.
Data that may be collected: Cookies, unique device identifiers for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example) and Usage Data.

Firebase Crash Reporting (Google Inc.)
This service helps us to identify crashes and errors in our app. It helps us to improve the reliability and stability of our Android app. Personal data that may be collected: Device state information, Unique device identifiers, Location data, Usage data and Crash traces.

Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This service does not use these ”cookies” explicitly. However, the service may use third party code and libraries that use ”cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this service.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. If you do not agree to the new policy, please refrain from using the service and delete the app from your device.
